Christopher Mzembe lives on the premises at Bitou River House. He is in charge of the general maintenance of the property. He is a very keen gardener and knowledgeable fisherman.
Brenda Zondani has been a Housekeeper at Bitou River House for many years and therefore has a great knowledge of the house. She takes great pride in her role there. She is excellent with children. She also has her own car, and by special arrangement, she will do grocery shopping.
Priscilla File is a Housekeeper at Bitou River House. She is also a very accomplished cook, and will happily prepare breakfast by arrangement, and at an additional cost, she can make canapés and cook for a dinner party.
